
Climbing Destinations
Spitzkoppe
Spitzkoppe, often nicknamed Namibia's Matterhorn, is our most popular climbing destination. It is well known in the climbing world for its breathtaking multi-pitch routes and has even attracted the likes of Alex Honnold during his Africa Fusion documentary.
The mountain is made of granite, withered down over thousands of years by wind erosion. It rises 800 meters above the desert sands and its summit can only be reached by climbing its towering cliffs.


Waterberg
The Waterberg Plateau is our newest climbing destination and is currently being developed. The area well on its way to becoming Namibia's top destination for single pitch climbing.

Consisting of sandstone, the rocky cliffs on the edge of the plateau present countless single pitch routes that offer a wide variety of styles and difficulties that will keep you entertained for days on end.​​​
Around Windhoek
Windhoek is Namibia's capital and is situated in a valley surrounded by the Auas mountains. That means that climbing is never far away and ever growing.
​
The rock around Windhoek consists mostly of mica, but can also widely range in composition. Some popular climbing crags include; Neudamm, Avis Dam and Moltkeblick. This is a great choice for those staying over in the city for a day or two.

Hiking Destinations
Waterberg Plateau
The Waterberg Plateau is our newest hiking destination and is situated in Eastern Namibia. Rising up above the Khalari Desert, its sandstone cliffs form a barrier that separates the plateau from the rest of the world.

The area offers countless hiking trails that provide a glimpse into a sanctuary for rare wildlife, protected from harm by the inaccessibility of the plateau.​​​


Naukluft Mountains
The Naukluft mountains are situated in The Namib Naukluft National Park in the southwest of Namibia. These mountains are nearly 2000m at their highest and host a wide range of hiking trails over its various peaks and through its canyons and valleys.

The area is well know for its natural springs that flow year round through its canyons, bringing life to an otherwise inhospitable landscape.
Around Windhoek
Windhoek is Namibia's capital and is situated in a valley surrounded by the Auas mountains. This ideal location opens the door to hiking routes both in the Auas mountain range and in the valleys and rivers below.

With trails close by (max 20 mins away from city centre) this is an excellent option for those staying over for a night or two in the city. Routes can range from 1 hour to 4 - 6 hours depending on what you are up for.
